Kelter Cooling & Heating is a family-owned and operated HVAC company proudly serving South Florida—from Boca Raton to West Palm Beach. Founded in 2017 by the husband-and-wife team Justin and Renee Kelter, our company is backed by over 25 years of hands-on industry experience and built on a shared commitment to honest and dependable service.

Justin began his HVAC career at just 17, quickly rising through the ranks to manage large-scale residential and commercial installation teams before launching his own company. His deep industry knowledge and passion for the trade make him a true authority in the field. Renee complements the business with her strong background in operations, customer service, and community engagement. Together, they lead Kelter Cooling with integrity, dedication, and a focus on customer care.

As high school sweethearts turned business partners, our journey has always been rooted in hard work, trust, and a desire to serve our community. From the start, we’ve built our company with one simple philosophy: treat every customer like family.
